Resetting a Call

If a call was submitted by mistake, tap Reset on the event row. The first screen lets you select which calls to reset. Calls must be reset in reverse order: you cannot reset First Call until Second Call has been reset first, if both were sent. Select the calls to reset and tap Continue.

A confirmation screen shows exactly what will be reset and warns that the action cannot be undone. Tap Confirm Reset to proceed or Back to cancel.

After a reset, the affected call buttons become active again so a new request can be submitted.

Important: Resetting a call does not retract a notification that has already been delivered to app users. The reset is recorded in the meet history log, but no push notification is sent to inform attendees. If the reset matters to people already at the event, consider following it up with a targeted announcement to the affected combination.
