Merging Events

If two age groups or divisions are being run together as a single race, you can merge them so the call goes out as a combined event.

Tap the merge icon on any event row to open the Merge Event dialog. Check all the combinations that will share the race. A combined event name generates automatically from your selections. Review it and tap Confirm Merge.

After merging, the combined event appears as a single row. A call request for the merged event will reach app users subscribed to any of the individual combinations included in the merge.

Note: A merge can be undone as long as no notifications have been sent to that combined grouping yet. If notifications have already been sent, reset those calls first, then undo the merge.
