Getting Started
Your Welcome Email
When your SecondCall meet director account is created, you'll receive a welcome email from will@secondcall.app with the subject line "You're in. Let's run a better meet."
The email contains a personalized Activate My Account link. Click it to set your password and complete account setup. This link expires after 24 hours. If it expires before you use it, visit secondcall.app/dashboard/login to request a new one.
Once your password is set, sign in at secondcall.app/dashboard/login anytime.

The Dashboard
Your Meet List
After signing in, you land on your meet list, your home base in SecondCall. Every meet you've created appears here as a card showing the meet name, date, and venue.
Meet Statuses
Each meet card displays one of five statuses:
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Building | Wizard is in progress. Not yet saved as a meet. |
| Setup | Meet is created but not yet published. Not visible to app users. |
| Preview | Meet is published. App users can find it and subscribe, but event calls are not yet active. |
| Active | Meet is live. Event calls can be sent. |
| Closed | Meet has ended. Read-only. Subscription data will be automatically deleted. |
Searching and Filtering
Use the search bar to find a meet by name or venue. Use the status filter tabs to narrow your list:
- All shows every meet regardless of status
- Building shows wizard drafts in progress
- Setup shows meets created but not yet published
- Preview shows meets visible in the app but not yet live
- Active shows live meets only
- Closed shows completed meets
Use the sort menu to change the order of your list:
- Meet Date (newest first, default)
- Created Date
- A to Z
Opening a Meet
Click the amber Open Meet button on any card to open that meet's detail page. From there you can manage access codes, monitor live activity, and make changes to your meet.
