Troubleshooting
No meets are showing
Meets appear once the meet director has published them. A meet in Preview is visible but calls have not started. A meet that is Live is fully active. If you do not see your meet at all, the director may not have published it yet. Pull down on the home screen to refresh, or try again closer to the start of the event.
Notifications are not arriving
First, confirm you have alerts set up for the right events. Open the My Alerts tab and check the summary bar at the top, or tap Set Up Alerts if you have not configured anything yet.
Also check that:
- Notifications are enabled for SecondCall in your phone's Settings
- Your device has a working cell or WiFi connection
Notifications cannot be delivered without connectivity.
You missed a notification
Open the app and check the My Alerts or All Alerts tab. Every call sent at the meet is logged there, even if the push notification was not received on your device.
You need to access the tutorial again
Tap the menu icon in the top right and select App Tutorial.
You want to change your alert setup
Tap Add / Manage in the summary bar at the top of the My Alerts tab. See Managing Your Alerts for a full walkthrough.
You denied notification permission by mistake
Go to your phone's Settings, find SecondCall, and enable notifications.
