Announcements Tab
The Announcements tab lets you send custom messages to meet attendees as push notifications.
Global Announcements
With the Global tab selected, type your message and tap Send to All. The announcement goes out to everyone subscribed to the meet. Use this for facility-wide messages: weather holds, schedule changes, lost items, coaches needed, and anything else the full crowd needs to hear.
Event Type Announcements
Switch to By Event Type, select an event from the dropdown, and your message will be scoped to attendees subscribed to events in that category. The send button updates to confirm the scope, for example Send to All 200m Subscribers. The message is prefixed with the event name when it goes out.
Templates
Below the compose area, a library of templates is organized into categories:

| Meet Operations & Protocol | Coach meetings, awards ceremony, check-in reminders, results, thank-yous |
| Track Operations | Facility clear, track held, track ready |
| Sportsmanship & Conduct | Conduct reminders for coaches and spectators |
Tap any template to pre-fill the message field. Templates with bracketed placeholders like [location] or [time] are editable before sending. You can also write a message from scratch at any time.
