Your Dashboard

The Operations role is the meet director's primary role on meet day. Rather than managing setup and configuration, the ops dashboard is built for real-time visibility: who is online, what is happening, and whether anything needs attention.

Because meet day gets busy, the ops role is designed to be shared. Consider giving the ops code to a co-director, head official, team coordinator, or a trusted volunteer who can help monitor the meet and step in if the announcer needs backup. Everyone with the ops code sees the same dashboard and has the same capabilities.

The dashboard works in any browser on a laptop, tablet, or phone.

Sections

The ops dashboard is organized into five sections:

  • Quick Access — one-tap links to the announcer dashboard, official dashboard, and meet history
  • Meet Stats — real-time counters for pending requests, calls sent, events called, and announcements
  • Officials — live list of connected official stations and their activity
  • Share Access — access codes for all three roles, with options to copy, share, or revoke
  • Recent History — a running log of the most recent calls and announcements
